These are two examples of Anthony's hard work at school. He can write his name and numbers all by himself! :) I am soooo proud of him...tears in eyes proud! And unless you have a child with special needs you have no idea. Yeah Anthony!!
Not only is that just the most amazing feat (that he can write)-- but he writes so well and so clearly! I am over the moon for you.
You are right. Most think "oh, that's nice." Someone gave me some great advice about this (today actually)-- most friends can't understand the good stuff or the difficult stuff. That's okay. They will never understand. What's important is that they are supportive (which I was enlightened to learn yesterday that they all are not) and do their best to be informed of what you are going through (the good and the bad). I just loved that!
Thank you! This morning he clapped his hands to get my attention and started pointing at letters on the window with a pen (as his pointer) and wanted me to say the letters. He was playing school with me. Yes I am sooo proud of him, he is thriving so well right now!
